Living at Illinois State University
Our housing options are tailored to meet the needs of international students. These include on-campus residences, university-owned apartments and off-campus housing. On-campus housing options include residence halls like Watterson Towers, Hewett-Manchester and Tri-Towers. These residence halls offer furnished rooms and great amenities. They’re also within walking distance of academic buildings.
Upperclassmen and graduate students may stay at the university apartments. These provide more independence and are just a short walk from the main campus. If you’d prefer to live off-campus, our Off-Campus Services can help you find suitable off-campus housing. Our database also lists available apartments and subleases.
