Academic Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 2.5 GPA out of 4.0. A statement of purpose that states why you are interested in Creative Technologies, including what topics you are passionate about, an outline of your goals for graduate study, and how you want to create impact while you are at ISU. Writing sample: Submit a proposal for a creative or research project that would be exciting for you to explore during your master’s work. Include what the project is, why you want to create it, and how you plan to develop it. Include how your current skills and background have led to this interest, and skills or knowledge you would need to develop to complete the project, and how Creative Technologies classes, faculty mentors and resources could help you obtain that. Portfolio consisting of 6-10 pieces of work. The work must be viewable on Mac or PC. Work may include any combination of the following: 2-dimensional; 3-dimensional; Video and animated art and design; Sound files of music performances and sound design projects; Video, stills, and sketches of set and costume design; Multi-media and web site design, or UI/UX layoutsEnglish Language Requirements
